Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within

14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@quickchef-solutions.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will refund the cost of the product and standard shipping. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

Eligibility for a Return or Exchange:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of return.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account.  

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing period before the refund is posted.

 Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are **defective** or **damaged**. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at **support@quickchef-solutions.com**, and we will promptly assist you.

 

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@quickchef-solutions.com, and we will provide you with further shipping instructions.  

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.  

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.  

If returning an item valued at over £100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
